Our program is carefully structured to provide comprehensive support and guidance over a three-month period:
2-4 Monthly Sessions:
Participate in two - four 1 to 1.5-hour sessions each month, where we will dive deep into various practices and techniques.
Personalized 1:1 Coaching:
Benefit from two one-on-one coaching sessions, tailored to your unique needs and goals, providing personalized guidance and support.

THE PROCESS:
First things first we book in a FREE discovery call and discuss where you are currently, what you want to work on and where you want to be within yourself.
Once we know where we are going. I will put together our plan, working with a number of holistic practices and introducing these into your daily life.
In each session we will also work on letting go of old past pain and triggers as we begin to unravel the layers of the old self and making room for the new self as you learn how to hold yourself confidently through the motions of life.
