YOGA

is for

EVERYONE

Whether you're able-bodied, have a disability, are young or old, yoga is accessible to all. With my extensive yoga education and personal experience, I tailor my classes to meet the needs of both beginners and those seeking more advanced practice. Each session offers variations to accommodate different skill levels, ensuring that everyone feels included and supported. Yoga embraces all body types—everyone is welcome.

HATHA

Hatha Yoga is a traditional form of yoga that emphasizes balance through physical postures (asanas), breath control (pranayama), and mindfulness. Known for its steady pace, Hatha Yoga focuses on building strength, flexibility, and mental clarity. It’s an ideal practice for both beginners and experienced practitioners seeking a grounded and holistic approach to yoga.

vs

Yin Yoga is a gentle, slow-paced style of yoga that focuses on deep stretching and relaxation. By holding poses for longer periods, typically 3-5 minutes, Yin Yoga targets the connective tissues, such as ligaments, joints, and fascia, promoting flexibility and inner stillness. This practice encourages mindfulness and helps to balance the body and mind, making it a perfect complement to more active forms of exercise.
